Neil Ellis Wines

Neil Ellis Wines is a Stellenbosch producer regarded as a pioneer of South African terroir-driven winemaking, founded by Neil Ellis in partnership with the Schroder family at Oude Nektar. Its rammed-earth cellar on the Helshoogte Pass, built in 2010, draws fruit from distinct sites across the Cape. The multi-generational family enterprise is known for Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc, with a tasting room and a fire-inspired restaurant.
