Babylonstoren

One of South Africa's oldest Cape Dutch farms, set at the foot of the Simonsberg mountain in the Franschhoek wine valley near Simondium. Built around a formal five-hectare fruit-and-vegetable garden inspired by Cape Town's historic Company's Garden, with a working vineyard, cellar, farm hotel, and the farm-to-table restaurant Babel.
