Official Rules

The Vinora Heritage Hunt (the "Promotion") is run by HYPERIANLABS (PTY) LTD ("Hyperian Labs", "Vinora", "we", "us"), a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/756541/07) of 15 C Benacre Lane, Modderfontein, Gauteng, 1645, operator of the Vinora app, in partnership with Lanzerac Wine Estate. The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 23 September 2026 until 23:59 on 23 October 2026 (SAST) — that is, entries must be made before 24 October 2026. Check-ins and other entries recorded outside this period do not count.

• Open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older (the legal drinking age in South Africa) at the time of entry.
• Entrants must hold a valid Vinora account.
• Employees of Hyperian Labs and Lanzerac Wine Estate, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Check in at Lanzerac in the Vinora app during the Promotion period. Each valid, location-verified check-in at Lanzerac counts as one entry — you must be physically at the estate, and check-ins are subject to the app's normal rules (accuracy, cooldown, anti-abuse).

You can earn additional entries, each an extra ticket in the draw:

• Referral: for every friend who registers on Vinora using your referral code during the Promotion period, you receive one extra entry.
• Instagram: share your Lanzerac check-in to your public Instagram Story, tagging @vinorapassport and @lanzeracestate, for one extra entry. Your Story and account must be public for us to verify it.

One (1) prize: a Heritage Wine Tasting for two at Lanzerac, Stellenbosch. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner is chosen by a random draw from all valid entries.
• The draw takes place on or shortly after 25 October 2026.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address on their Vinora account within 7 days of the draw, and announced in the app. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, we may draw an alternate winner.

• We may disqualify entries obtained through fraud, GPS spoofing, or any breach of the Vinora Terms of Use.
• We may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if it cannot run as planned (for example, due to technical failure); any changes will be posted on this page.
• Personal data submitted is handled per the Vinora Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to us contacting you about the Promotion and to us announcing the winner's first name and city in the app. We will ask for your permission before sharing any photograph of you.
• Please enjoy wine responsibly. You must be 18 or older to participate.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor of or involved in the Promotion in any way.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and run as a promotional competition under the Consumer Protection Act. A copy of these rules is available free of charge on this page and on request from vinora@hyperianlabs.com.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, HYPERIANLABS (PTY) LTD will retain these rules, the entry records, and the winner's details for a period of three (3) years after the draw, and will make them available for inspection by the winner or a competent authority on request.
